Briarcliff Marina Contest Rules

1 - Employees of any prize donors may take the survey but are not eligible to win any prizes.

2 - No purchase necessary. Email address and contact information will ONLY be shared with prize donators.

3 - An email address will be randomly drawn on the date posted in the store. The winner will be notified via the email they provided. Sponsor is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected or not received because of an incorrect email address.

4 - Prize forfeited if not claimed after 30 days of notification.

5 - Only one entry per individual and per email address per contest period is allowed. No automated entry devices or programs are permitted. 

6 - Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7 - By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and decisions of the Sponsor; that Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss or damage, personal injury or death) in connection with the conduct of, or entrant's participation in, the Sweepstakes or use, misuse or non-use of a prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy by entrant or by a third-party, claims based on impossibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, any causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest.

8 - Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.
