*Briarcliff Marina reserves the right to refuse rental of watercraft to any party for safety reasons
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but last-minute cancellations can be costly for a rental operation. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and help keep rental prices reasonable for everyone:
- We do not give refunds, rather we will gladly give you credit for use another time for up to 1 year from the date of the rental.
- If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice, you will receive 100% Store Credit to use another time on any type of watercraft rental.
- No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the rental, for any reason, are subject to full reservation cost.
- If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area or unsafe conditions, we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
